»ã±¨ÄÚÈݼò½é£ºPreparation and analysis of enantiomers (optical isomers) with a high enantiomeric excess (ee) have significantly advanced in the past three decades, and today most chiral compounds can be analyzed by chromatographic methods including gas chromatography, supercritical fluid chromatography, and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Among these, the HPLC with chiral stationary phases or chiral columns can cover the both analytical and preparative enantioseparations of the broadest range of compounds, and nearly 80% of ee determinations have been performed by this method. In my lecture, I will explain the development, characteristics, and application of the chiral HPLC.
